- Coordinate executive calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for office services
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and office orientation
- Prepare operational budgets and expense reports for leadership review
- Implement sustainability initiatives and workplace safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
