Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for building management and security.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Process payroll, benefits, and HR paperwork with high accuracy.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and client welcome functions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in office management or administrative support.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with basic accounting software and payroll systems is a plus.
