- Oversee daily office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Coordinate with vendors for service contracts, deliveries, and facility improvements
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Support HR functions including onboarding, event coordination, and policy implementation
- Serve as primary liaison for building management and security protocols
- Optimize workspace utilization and implement office efficiency improvements
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven vendor management and contract negotiation experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
