Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply chain, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement office policies ensuring compliance with OSHA and ADA standards
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and high-level meeting logistics
- Manage budget allocation for office expenses and procurement processes

Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate or tech environments

- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for vendor meetings
