- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Oversee facilities management, safety protocols, and space utilization
- Lead HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and expense reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- CHOM (Certified Healthcare Office Manager) or similar preferred
