Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in assigned clinical unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in electronic records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Supervise LVNs and nursing assistants
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license from country of origin
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- Completed accredited nursing program
- Pass NCLEX-RN preparation support provided
- Basic ECG interpretation skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
