Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist with emergency response procedures and code blue situations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Educate patients and families on care plans
Qualifications
- Foreign nursing license or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience required
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ or TOEFL 90+)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer skills for documentation systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
