Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Monitor inventory control systems and implement efficient warehouse protocols
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve logistical challenges and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift oversight
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong leadership experience with team development
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
- Valid forklift certification required
