Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all night shift activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement adjustments to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with the day-shift management team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience working in a night shift environment.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) such as Manhattan, SAP, or Oracle.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate various warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
