Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling of merchandise to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain Apex's high standards of excellence.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting processes as required.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid forklift certification (if required for specific roles).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
