Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing stock to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against shipping manifests.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar rotating shifts).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
