Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming freight and inventory with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently during night hours.
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
