Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, locate, and retrieve merchandise.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift handovers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software quickly.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
