Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely.
- Sort, scan, and verify inventory against warehouse management systems (WMS) with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with morning shift leads to ensure seamless handover and workflow continuity.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse software tools efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with reliability.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
