As a Night Shift Associate, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our supply chain operations. We value hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with 99.9% accuracy.
- Pick and pack customer orders for timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
