Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and sort shipments accurately to ensure inventory integrity.
- Perform daily quality checks on products and packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts using WMS systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
