Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization on the night shift.
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) during operational hours.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
