Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision to minimize errors and ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational transitions.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and securing cargo according to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
