Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide 24/7 remote and on-site technical support to enterprise clients via phone and ticketing systems.
- Log, track, and manage all technical support incidents using our CRM software.
- Conduct nightly security audits, software updates, and system backups.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve complex escalations and improve service processes.
- Document technical procedures and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
