Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer support tickets via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our software and hardware solutions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.
- Provide clear and concise technical guidance to non-technical clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations.
- Reliable transportation (as shift may extend into early morning).
