Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Supervise a team of 10-15 employees, providing mentorship and conducting performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock accuracy to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Address and resolve operational issues or employee concerns immediately during the shift.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift management team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
