Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 person night shift team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations during all operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate efficient warehouse workflows
- Investigate and resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
- Generate daily shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
