Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse operations for maximum efficiency during overnight hours
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Manage inventory systems and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for night shift workflows
- Prepare daily productivity reports and KPI analysis for leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience, preferably in night shift roles
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make autonomous decisions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
