Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ night shift team members in receiving, storage, and distribution operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodology
- Implement safety protocols achieving OSHA compliance metrics
- Conduct daily inventory audits with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in KPIs like order fulfillment rates
- Train and develop staff on new equipment and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA-30 training required
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (Manhattan, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to manage 10+ personnel during peak hours
- Strong analytical skills with inventory management experience
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/technical issues independently
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean record
