Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations and workflow of the night shift team, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift management to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular shift briefings to communicate goals, address concerns, and motivate the team.
- Resolve operational issues and emergencies that arise during the night shift efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of night shift personnel.
- Ensure all documentation, reports, and quality checks are completed accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Experience working in a Night Shift environment is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control processes.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
