- Conduct physical patrols of secured properties using smart technology

- Train and mentor junior security officers on best practices
- Manage shift scheduling and personnel performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years in security management with night shift experience
- Active DC Security Guard License and firearm certification
- Expert knowledge of DC metropolitan area geography
- CPR/First Aid certification with annual recertification
- Proficient in C-Cure and Genetec security systems
- Exceptional crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean record
