Responsibilities
- Monitor premises using CCTV systems and patrols to detect suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergency situations
- Enforce access control procedures for high-traffic venues
- Complete detailed incident reports and documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Conduct regular property inspections for safety hazards
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security experience in nightlife or event settings
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varying conditions
- Proficient in radio communication and reporting protocols
- Must pass thorough background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
