Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols
- Respond promptly to alarms and security breaches
- Document incidents and prepare detailed daily activity reports
- Enforce access control procedures for employees and visitors
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain hazard-free environments
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida Security D License (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year security experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using surveillance technology
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
