Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol property to prevent security breaches
- Respond to emergency incidents and provide first aid/CPR when needed
- Enforce access control policies and verify credentials at entry points
- Document incidents and prepare detailed security reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations
- Operate communication systems and alarms effectively
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied conditions
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in surveillance technology and reporting software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
