Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and patrols to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond to alarms and emergencies with rapid, professional intervention
- Enforce site-specific safety protocols and access procedures
- Document all incidents and activities in detailed daily reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during crises
- Conduct thorough property inspections and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Active DC Security License (SPO # required)
- Minimum 2 years security experience in high-risk environments
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Proficient in surveillance systems and report writing
- Strong communication skills and crisis management abilities
- U.S. citizenship and clean background check
