- Participate in nightly training sessions and skill development workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or Customer Service preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or help desk environments.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work independently during night hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
