Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure 100% compliance.
- Document and report defects, damages, or discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate inspection equipment and quality control software accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve outstanding quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform regular audits of inventory to verify accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or quality control is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
