Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Resolve operational issues on the floor immediately and escalate complex problems to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
