Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all night shift activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of 15+ warehouse associates, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock rotation to minimize waste and loss.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Must be available to work a rotating night schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus.
