Responsibilities
- Supervise the nightly workflow to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct nightly safety audits.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the evening shift team to maximize productivity and morale.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues during off-hours.
- Communicate effectively with day shift management to ensure seamless transition of operations.
- Manage inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong availability for night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with inventory management software.
