Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move inventory.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and reconcile stock levels with warehouse management systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies during night operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Assist in quality control processes by inspecting products for damage and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for applicants at our hiring event.
