Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage complex network infrastructure to ensure 24/7 uptime and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network outages and technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
- Conduct regular system audits, patch management, and performance tuning during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and hardware upgrades.
- Document network configurations and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Valid Cisco CCNA or higher certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in network engineering or system administration.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
