Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of cloud-native applications using Python, React, and AWS services
- Architect scalable microservices and optimize database performance for high-traffic systems
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Stay current with emerging technologies through our R&D innovation program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years professional development)
- Expert proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of architecting scalable, secure web applications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize complex systems
- Strong communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
