Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize database performance for high-transaction systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct automated testing with JUnit and Selenium
- Present quarterly architecture reviews to CTO leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- CI/CD pipeline implementation with Jenkins
