Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues and implement efficient, maintainable solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Proficiency in React.js or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Strong backend skills in Node.js or Python.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
