Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations during night shifts.
- Perform accurate inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Inspect cargo for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors to resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipment status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced, low-light environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
