Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all night-time warehouse activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment processing.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock levels against system records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and document findings accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S methodologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with data entry and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
