Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot server infrastructure and network issues during off-peak hours.
- Provide technical support and solutions to internal staff and clients via phone and ticketing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system security and performance.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes accurately in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to hand off critical issues and ensure continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on hardware and software resolution.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
