Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into CRM systems to maintain database integrity.
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors and logistics teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on support tickets and calls.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and logistics procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or technical support is a plus.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
