Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve escalated issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) to document interactions and update customer profiles accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during every shift.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience (1+ years preferred but not required for high performers).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely (if applicable).
