Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels with high accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Perform basic technical maintenance and troubleshooting on warehouse equipment and automated systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to facilitate seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Package and label products efficiently to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
