Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Sort, pack, and verify inventory accuracy against shipping orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift supervisor and morning team.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for distribution to retail partners.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend shipping labels.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to travel to our facilities in New Orleans, LA or Florida locations.
