Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in a warehouse setting.
- Load, unload, and organize inventory with precision, speed, and accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform daily quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure standards are met.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and inventory continuity.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate logs of stock levels and equipment usage.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing preferred (Night Shift experience is a plus).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Valid forklift certification is highly desirable but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
