Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to blueprints and standard operating procedures.
- Operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area (5S standards).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred, but not strictly required for unskilled roles.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid work authorization (or eligibility to work in the US).
