Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production tasks according to established safety protocols and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Packaging and labeling finished goods for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to strict safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong desire to work in the United States and obtain permanent residency sponsorship.
